Daily Inspiration --January 16, 2008
My "Daily Inspiration" was on more of a personal note today, but I decided to post it anyway in case someone could benefit.

Even though you might hesitate to take the next step which is to rely solely upon your own guidance system, this is a necessary and crucial step. This will enable you to rely on all of your new found senses, meaning that you will ground yourself and become more aware of your surroundings and realize that all is not what it appears to be.
Insight into your past is helpful, but now it is the time to move forward and to begin a process that we like to call inner development part one. That calls for you to transform yourself by being aware that you are walking within a time frame which is illusionary. Begin by being aware of your thoughts and how they are impacting your experience in life.
You are creating that which you are experiencing. It is of your own making. Reacting in negative ways can only hurt you. It is your choice. How do you want to feel?? Make the decision to feel joyful. Whatever you are thinking about, consider whether those thoughts cause you to experience joyful feelings. You feelings are you guide. Relax and allow yourself to absorb.
You have too much on your mind. Remember to breath deeply and allow yourself to relax. You have much stress that is caused by your ever present inner critic. This is why you are feeling as though you cannot let go of your feelings of hurt and loss.
When you are able to breath and relax, you will find that many of your so called feelings of guilt and shame will disperse leaving behind only a memory.
Begin each day by imagining the sort of experience that you would like to have. It can be anything that you desire, but keep in mind that your ruminating thoughts also have energy and they can become magnets for those same sort of experiences. Sticking in the air and attracting more of the same. One negative vibe can lead to another and before you know it you have attracted enough "bad" energy to stop any sort of positive manifestation that you were wanting to draw to you.
Seek within to find out the basis for those negative thoughts. Fear, rejection and the like are all fear based thinking patterns that need to be eliminated from your aura Jill. We can provide a guideline for you if you will only apply yourself to quieting your thoughts down. We cannot get through when you are so preoccupied with ruminating about this and that.
Releasing negative energy from your system of being is not as difficult as you might think. You just need to be mindful of your thoughts. This will become second nature in time for it is only with practice that you can master any new way of being in the world.
Once you become mindful that you are indeed ruminating yet again, release that thought and replace it with another more positive thought. Eventually you will do this automatically without having the middle step. You will instantly replace that thought with a thought that more suits the vibration that you are now emitting and living comfortably within.
You will notice that you feel more joyful and in harmony with those around you and will begin to attract more like vibrating people into your life. It is all a matter of choice. What do you choose for yourself? You can be, do or have whatever you radiate, so begin to be mindful of that energy that you are sending out into the world, because that is the energy that you are experiencing in your daily life.
