Beloved Lightworker Family,

I thank one and all for the gracious and generous greetings you have left me.

This is rally just a brief update on My Body. I now experience my ME/CFS as only a Blessing, my extended Ascension Illness. I do what needs to be done, and have been left very free of 3D interactions and issues. The ongoing Activations have caused truly remarkable changes in my health and well-being. In particular, Sanat Kumara's merging with the Planetary Logos eliminated a holding pattern, labelled frozen shoulder, that I'd carried for 6 years. One week into this work with inner male and female, and I broke out in shingles (residual chicken pox) in the exact formation of the stuckness. One week later, the arm and ribs were freed, and I now have full range of motion. that's how Life's been going for me since i entered into this site. Whatever blogs or contributions, other than cut and paste of messages, that I do create are on my site at Children of the Sun. In that way, my energy is limited, I can't be a full participant at both places.

I visit here every day for the glorious chanellings, set up in a format that's a delight to use.
