poetry called monduan

I've felt recently that I can sort of write and talk in another language, but I have no idea what this language is, and it might be Lemurian, but I don't really know. if you like the use of vowels or anything like that please let me know, this is a poem I wrote a while ago called monduan

"chie chie ichuuan iuandu, iuandumos.

yie yiem mos don y yei yeimdiondon,

echetechrembros, ye ichis ye mien'm bron: ywe, ywa ywo."

I definetly get the feeling that its saying something, almost as if the last three words are a culmination of the entire poem. all the words sort of slide off the tongue, and can slide together well.
