This is a site that I found by accident. I was looking for some information for a sci-fi book I am writing when I found it (Actually, I was looking for pictures to use as descriptive references to use for my characters when I found a picture that linked me to this site).

It is about Telos, the Lemurian city within Mt. Shasta in Northern California.

It was written by someone who found stories and legends of it fascinating and decided to write a paper about it for a class they were taking at the time. It has dates in there of 'Work Cited' that have published dates of December 2005. So this is a relatively recent work.

The author is writing this in an effort to get people to ask pertinent questions about the possible existence of Telos and Adama. The author believes in the veracity of the interviews. They also have links to a few other sites regarding Telos and the spiritual assistance that Adama and his people are doing to help humanity rise from the 3rd to the 5th dimension of existence.

This is a very good article. I admit that when I first started to read it I was waiting for "the other shoe to drop" so-to-speak. I have read some articles on-line that start off stating the positive nature of what is being taught or shared, and then the author will change by saying that it is drivel. That whoever thinks that these entities are that are being "channeled" are just a figment of a neurotic person. And that such a place as Shamballa (or group called Ashtar Command, or the ability to raise ones frequencies) can't possibly exist. Yadda, yadda, yadda.

In this persons' article, they start off by stating the possible positive nature of the people and channellings being done and concludes by saying that, "...The challenge is to prove the validity of the reality of Telos. I hope that I shall succeed. The Telos legend and myth is the story of a planet in beautiful evolution. A meaning is the transformation of the planet. When the emergence is successful the Lemurians and above ground humans will join together to bring about a paradise world of peace, prosperity, joy, and wisdom. For the first time in millenniums the above humanity will experience lives of happiness, joy, and bliss. Two key processes, ascension and emergence, are examined, because they are the keys of transformation. It is an opportunity for me to grow spiritually and contribute to a much improved planet. This project presents a message of hope for the audience. If humans choose to work with the Telosians we can create a planet of peace, harmony, universal love and compassion, and unity of the human race and all nations into one huge family." (

I thought that this was a wonderful article and I wanted to share it with those who, like myself, didn't really know much about Telos/Lemuria/Adama.

I knew of a Lemurian city within Mt. Shasta. And I had recently heard the name Shamballa. But I didn't know any of the other information that the author presents.

The only thing I knew about Adama was that he was a main character in the 1979 TV series Battlestar: Galactica. A show created, and influenced by, a Mormon.

So to find that the real Adama is Head Priest and spiritual leader of a wonderful utopia on our Mother. And who is here to help humans to evolve towards Ascension is a wonderful thing. At least it is to me. And the fact that he is the Ambassador to the Galactic Federation of Planets and represents beings below and humanity above is beautiful.

"...Adama described the steps of contact and emergence. First, seed will be sent to plant gardens on the surface. Second, they will send small animals.Third, they will send small groups of inner earth people to greet chosen surface people.

Commander Ashtar, the ET commander of the Ashtar Command Federation, said that if there is adequate success, ships will land in designated sites."

I thought that this whole article was a wonderful undertaking on the authors' part and I wanted to share what I found with others.

So click on the link below (or the one above) and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Below is a picture of Adama. Glenda Green of Sedona painted this portrait. Adama posed for this picture in her studio. She used these words to describe the character of Adama: "Humility, graciousness, and tenderness".

This is a picture of Adama painted by Glenda Green. Mount Shasta can be seen in the background.

Thank you, and Namaste to you all.
