Am I just adjusting to the higher vibrations?

I was just activated on December 27, 2007 with Level 3 Usui Reiki. Since then, off and on I've had my root chakra vibrate at a higher rate then the rest of me, and this happens seemingly spontaneously. It's been happening today since this morning, and is very strong. I'm also feeling a bit fluttery and nervous in my heart chakra, but I kind of thing it's because my root chakra is vibrating strongly.

So my question is, Is my root chakra going through an adjustment to higher vibrations, through which the rest of my chakras will follow suit? Or is this something else do you think? Could it be a blockage between my root chakra and the rest, because I know I used to have a blockage there. I have a slipped disc in my lumbar section, so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. It just feels so strange because my root is vibrating a lot higher than the rest of me!

Anyone have any ideas?
