Healing the Past

Would someone please tell me how to heal someones past please.

I am a reiki master and should know how to do this, but I wasn't taught.

I learnt all I know from books, practice and experiment.

I know I can do this if I just get a shove in the right direction.

A very special friend, a soul sister needs my help, but I need your help to help her.
