Message of the Day-Centeredness--Rafael channeled by Jeane R. Pothier

It is I, Rafael, the Angel of Healing and Transformation, who comes to sit with you this day. I have somewhat barged in to shift some energy and if you will breathe with me for this time we will begin.

There is an energy around you now that is contributing to feelings of doubt and anxiety. This energy is about trying to alter you from the course that you are determining for yourself. The doubts and anxieties that you are experiencing do not belong to you and with the breath you are easily and lovingly able to move them from you.

Therefore, we breathe with you this day with great love and joy for all that you are now allowing for yourself in your life. You have made choices that are the choices of a master and this will be so. Remember the energy of these choices and return to them when you feel the doubts and anxiety come to you. You are now in a time of merging with your very soul essence and with that your sense of yourself and your own integrity of self, of balance and unity, will more and more come to the fore.

Breathe in that essence that is the divine human. Merge with your soul and know that all is truly well for you. Everything else is only an illusion. And when you feel rocked or tossed upon the waves of your day to day earthly expression, return to the place that is the core of you, the safe and sacred space that is YOU.

Breathe my beloved, you are grand beyond imagining and all that you are desiring for yourself in your life is what you are now choosing to bring into fruition. Have no doubt and allow no one to tell you differently. You are so dearly loved and all creation is here in support for you.
