BALANCE EXERCISE

As the energies keep increasing, I thought a simple exercise to stay in balance will help cope, esp physically! It is called the 3 breath exercise. First draw three deep breaths from the centre of the Earth, drawing them up into your heart, holding, then releasing out through the heart, then three deep breaths from the father (God), drawing them down through your I AM presence, through the crown chakra and into the heart, again holding and releasing. Three more breaths from both the mother and the father combined, holding them in your heart and then releasing. By the time you get to the combined breaths, your body will be tingling, as every cell receives the father/mother energy. The exercise also aligns all the chakras and activates them, bringing us into balance and keeping us grounded while open to spirit! do at least once a day, or as often as you like! cheers Sue
