huge crying fit and the message that this is from my blood line it is the dna connection i am releasing. The trauma of abuse and neglect through the family and the fear of the children. That is working its way through me to be released. As i hang on and let it work its way through i see the old times and how from centuries ago this belief system was started and the fear imbeded into the physical structure of my family to be carried on to this day when it can be let go of and loved into healing.
