Unconditional love and the 13 principles.
Unconditional love and the 13 principles.
The funny thing is that one can not talk about unconditional love and
about the 13 principles. Why? I don't know! Let's try to find out.
Amongst the tens of millions of people who go to churches, to mosques,
to synagagues, or to temples, as they walk out can you hear these words
being pronounced by anybody? No, people pray for what they need, what
their family or friends need. Period.
Even amongst friends and famaly if somebody speaks of unconditional
love, about loving one's enemy, or we are one, he will be looked on
curiously and asked "Do you believe in this?"
On the other hand people like Ghandi have huge numbers of admirers and
followers!
The real reason could be that while the majority of people are very
interested about themselves they could not really care less about
others, except for those they love most . And this way of seeing things
is so egotiistical (spelling? grin!) that they will not speak of it, and
will not listen to any explanation! And one can't very well start a long
explanation about the fact that we are all One in the office, or between
friends! You must first explain about the dimensions ...
But one can write about the subject! or better still he can give
presents, books such as the MDM book, showing what others are saying and
their long explanations ... . Explaining how by being good to others you
are really being good to yourselves ... Ah! this starts becoming
interesting! ... about automaically achieving peace, prosperity and
happiness ... Ha! this is better still!
But people cannot talk about these subjects because this would make them
sound egotistical (this word again! )
So the conclusion to this discussion is that the best we can do is to
distribute this MDM book widely - "this is a good book... thought you
would like it ...tell me what you think about it ."..Grin!
By the way it should be available very very shortly! I'll let you know.
Love,
Joe,
