Anyone else reading Penczak's Inner Temple? I am reading it and working on the beginning meditations and saw an amazing vision. I was in the middle of the visualization portion and was transported to a portion of the ocean. There was a clear wall cutting the ocean in half and I was on the dry half looking in and a mermaid swam up to me. She was lovely with long brown hair and put her hand up to the clear wall. She looked at me and I put my hand up to the glass also against her hand and we looked at each other and I felt something move inside me. She then swam away.
