last night I woke up 3 or 4 times all sweat like I was in a sauna please you have some insight?

Last night I keep waking up full of sweat head to toes... very uncomfortable like I was in a sauna my legs were weat I could not believe it... Is this part of the awakening? I know some one post this before but I cannot find it... if you know anything about what happend please your imput will be very much appreciated or if you happend to know the link for the one that post it please do post it here for me... love and light...
