"Be calm" :-)

I never understand why people say "don't panic" when you just said "panic". All our minds know is "panic" when you say "DON'T panic". All our minds respond is "yes panic". So what I say when somebody is panicking, I would say "BE calm" then they will respond to the calm. It's very interesting how some people are oblivious of it. For example, if you say to your kid to NOT do this _______________ and to NOT do that__________ all the kid hears is to do this _______. Also, when you say "Stay out of trouble" all kid hears is "TROUBLE". So isn't that interesting?  Instead say "BE SAFE", "BE GOOD", things like that.  I love it!! it makes me laugh, sometimes.  I correct my mother all the time. She hates it but she loves it.
