Problem with charge

Hi ya everyone, does anyone have problems with their energy causing electrical pulse shocks to people (like static shocks but an low actual electrical charge that shorts in spurts) and wiring over loads (as in touch a light switch to see in the dark, explode a light globe into a shower of a thousand pieces...). Not sure quite whats going on, does anyone know whats causing it and how to control it? I do use energy from my hands and aura as a means to do physcial blocking but this is not static and so raw as what is shorting everything and very mildly electrocuting people at the moment....hmmm.....
