I was doing a "chanelling" or spirit message session for my friend and I also got some stuff in the midst of it for myself. For those who have been following, my story of odd sensations, and my yoga dilemma, or if you are experiencing preparation for your next level of awakening, perhaps this is relevant for you also!

sss: What is the heat in my spine?

sp: yes, ascension work. We have to start at the root.

sp: with cleansing.

sp: Great Spirit. Connected to all. General purpose! (I hear spirit laugh, reminds me of owl ; )

sss: Why do I feel the heat at my spine?

sp: clearing. Deep clearing.

sss: What is is clearing?

sp: deep seated emotion. This is why you were angry yesterday.

It is what has been locked inside you.

and yes there is more stuff from the terror of the cyst.

sss: more stuff like what?

sp: fear. anxiety. all this must release. burn out.

It is 18 years of hell. It will take some time.

sss: Do I have parasites?

sp: All humans do.

sss: Can Madhu (a medical intuitive that was rcommended to me) identify which ones?

sp: she can generally. But you are as powerfully gifted as she, and as the other medical intuitice as well. You do not need them, though you think that you do.

This self healing will demonstrate that.

sss: great, then while we are on teh subject, when should I get my MRI.

sp: Yes, wait at least a year. It will be fine. In fact, resolved.

sss: What about the parasites?

sp: A cleanse is helpful for everyone.

sss: So what is causing the itches on my head.

sp: yes, liver cleansing.

sss: So that brings me to what kind of yoga should I do?

sp: Ashtanga is raising stamina, Kundalin will raise vibration. yes, finish the class.

sss: What is his attitude? my perception?

sp: ytes, he likes to be in control. he thinks he is helping and teaching, but is it great effort for him to reserve himself and see you as your own entities.

he see you as projections of himself. he takes it all personally. he is ingratiated

sss: My back and sacrum are burning more.

sss: why does my sacrum burn?

sp: Is it releasing energy
