Astrial Travel and Lucidity in Dreams...

So what if we can do spritual work in our sleep! I have had mostly flying dreams that I remember recently. Sometimes I have a touch of graveity on my mind so I try to fly but keep being sucked down to the earth. In a dream this is the worst felling to be grounded. In life however it is sometimes nessacarry to ground yourself the the Earth but in a dream it is DEPRESSIG to be on Earth! I have reach lucidity seldom but beleive in Astrial travel. I once came into my body before it was conciouse fully. I saw a light being in the right corner of the ceiling. I have since read that I was prolly seeing myself as a light being before I settled back into my Earthly shell. I beleive we do more in our dreams than we will know in this form. I know scientificly you'r body heals itself at night. But can we grow emotionaly and heal out emotional wounds in our dreams. I used to keep a dream book. Now in the present I have littrally let go of alot that I used to covit! I have been slacking on my art and meditation and learning all I can from books I have but have never finished. And online which is fast and new to me because I spent most of my life in a place where I despised computers and I would have an anxity attack if forced to use them in school and such. I thought of them as a link to a posible machine war like in the Turminator. Lol I have since made a peach with computers and just in time to learn whatever my wrinkled brain desires. So I learn all this new info then sleep on it. The mornig I do not recal my dreams like before but I ask myself "how do you feel" I have taped into a higher frequency with in myself. Reading about the Aura and Chakras I do an ultraviolet light meditationg filling my aura with violet light burning away transmutations then I ask my chakras to spin at a healthy rate. I beleive in BALANCAE and that there is no such thing a duality and no heaven or hell in the after live. Heaven and Hell are now here on earth. We are god's and goddesses of our own developmint or stagnation. There is no Evil only livE backwards, different digrees of balincing and healing...
