Crystal City

I would be very grateful if any of you gentle souls could enlighten me. I had a dream in which I arrived to a place by the beautiful calm waters of a dark blue sea. In that place there were tall buildings made of what appeared to be crystal. Inside them there was a kind of ether that could move you up and down the building in infinite comfort and safety. There was also a warm pool of water between some of this buildings.
Does this sound to you like a place you know? If so, could you tell me where it is?
