Tust Each Moment!

Trust. Trust. Trust. Again and again, that's the issue. See how much of you pain, your anguish, your tension arises simply from not trusting the absolute perfection of the present moment. "I have lost my way. I am off track. I'm somehow wrong-in the wrong place at the wrong time, doing the wrong thing. Where I am going IS a dead end. Oh dear..."

You are not off track. You haven't lost your way! You're going somewhere woth going. Somewhere magnificent boyond the ability of your mind to comprehend. By trusting the perfection of each moment, you give yourself a gift: permission to ENJOY the JOURNEY!

Don't just take the trip.
Let yourself enjoy the ride.

Exerpt from my thoughts:

Great Sprit gives people a warning when you take a detour of you'r highway. In the right place at the wrong time doing what is right but you will be jugded for by all you love and will cause you to clean up your shit quick... Slap you need to think before you do any thing if you get this. Slap! I am more telling myself than anything writeing in the third person makes more sence to my brain so bear with me frineds! Say car troubles, emotional anguish you could'a avoided by listining to your divine within. You truely reside within a light unzip your human skin and that light being step out. Like in the Cacoon movies {ET's}or Wizard of Oz{White witch who shows up in a bubble of white and rainbow light }

Be the light being you have alwees craved to be stop hindering you'r growth for a rush, a high, revenge or whatever your chosen form of poisen at the moment. Mine is mostly emotional self abuse. I'm too much in my head and I pic at the smallest flaw till it scares me emotionally and energeticly. No more! Today I choose growth not self abuse. I learn to Love me 1st! Thanks for existing You, Me, One Love, Sprit, us, all equal, unite!
