Felling vibration in my body-- Posing a question

Hi guys,

For the last couple of years, since my initial awakening I have been experiencing a sensation that I am going to try to explain. When I am relaxing, usually past 11 pm, something comes over my body. I feel a vibration in my body as if I can feel every cell moving, pulsating. Most recently this happened two nights ago, at first I felt a vibration from my forehead and crown, then after a few minutes it happened to my body and I find that I cannot move when this occurs. In my ears i hear a loud frequency, kind of like a ringing in the ears but stronger.
I should mention that this occurs either after I have meditated and spoken with my guides or in conjunction with a vision (this is more rare)or it just happens.
I don't know what this is, and I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this as well or can inform me on what this is.
