Emotions

I asked Angel Rafael to help me with my negative emotions. Rafael then explained them to me:
He took the anger from me and put it in a small matchbox.
He took the hate out of me and put it in that same matchbox.
He took my worries from me and put them in that matchbox.
He then took my sorrow, my loneliness and my insecurity.
They all fitted nicely in that matchbox.
He said: "you see? these are all your negative emotions, they all fit inside one matchbox".
He then showed me this huge ball of light, and said: "and this is the love you have in you".
