Global Unity Meditation - Our biggest ever

Dear Lightworkers, the 5th Night is now upon us and it is time to put all we have learnt into practice. This next cycle in the time spiral will present a number of significant challenges for all of us. Hold onto you wings, fly high, shine bright and stay centered and connected. Tremendous opportunities await those who put into practice their inner guidance, its time to ground what the past has prepared us for in this moment. Let us make this Solstice a day of supreme power for the human spirit in alignment with the divine heart of hearts. Love always.

The Magic in You!

There is no one else exactly like you on this planet. You are the only you that has ever or will ever be! You have unique gifts and talents that only you bring into this world. How jaw-dropping and heart-raising it is to know that each divine person is a miracle! You are that incredible and then some! (ALL THAT AND A BAG OF Chips!)


Start really taking some time out during the day to fall in love with your whole self again! You can do this by sitting in a quiet place and connecting with your inner guide. This is the place in you that has never been hurt or harmed in any way! This is the place in you that knows all! It is the perfection in you! As you become better acquainted, you will start to glow and shine even more then you already do! The right people and situations begin to come into your life to empower and expand you more then you ever thought you could! Your deepest desires begin to come to fruition with ease and grace!

When I see you I recognize the love, peace, joy, beauty, wisdom, perfect health and wholeness, light, prosperity, creativity, abundance and divinity in you!

So what do you see in yourself? Are you as in love with who you are as you could be? Do you see the amazing and breath-taking person that the Universe sees? Are you ready to recognize the magic in you?

Ascension into the I AM Presence

I AM sitting comfortably in my chair with my arms and legs uncrossed. My spine is as straight as possible. I AM instantly relaxed and peaceful. I empty my mind of all of the thoughts of the day, and, for this moment, I go within and focus my attention on the Divinity within my Heart. I have walked through the winter of my discontent into the glory of a New Day filled with the full-gathered momentum of Heaven on Earth. Victory is mine! Victory is mine! Victory is mine! The Perfect Balance of my Father-Mother God and the I AM Presence of every evolving soul have now RETURNED to Earth!!! The Process of Love

The goal of our spiritual journey is to reconnect to our Source, the innermost spiritual part of us where only one energy exists, unconditional love.We start our lives with a vague memory of this type of love, which is all accepting, all knowing and all caring and we spend much of our lives trying to reconnect with it. That search can take many forms as we try to create it with family, friends, relationships and career. We can try to create it from exterior sources as we enhance our material world or improve our image. We believe that if we have love we will be happy and without it we are unhappy. What we do not understand is that love is a process and the path to unconditional love begins with our willingness to give and receive it from everyone, beginning with our self. more

I don't know about you, but I can get stuck in "output" mode. I get busy doing, crossing items off my list, getting things accomplished. What I often forget is allowing myself to receive the rewards of my efforts. We are so conditioned to go after what we want, to pursue our goals. What we are not taught is how to effortlessly receive. But both the giving of effort and the receiving of its consequences must be in balance. Otherwise, we become an energetic bottleneck in the flow of the Universe. Imagine what would happen if we constantly exhaled, without receiving any breath back into our body. Energetically, that's what many of us do. We get stuck on putting energy out. We forget that we must also be open to receive it back. more
