A little story

My son is 2 years old. His birthday is July 1st, 2005. He is a very intuitive and sensitive child. A wise soul and I am honoured to be his mother. Several weeks ago, my Uncle had passed from cancer. It was a long battle, but it was still very hard because he was the first of my parent's generation (baby boomer) to pass away in the family. My cousins and I are all close in age. Anyway, the morning of the service, I was getting Colin ready. My cousin Patty said he'd want all the kids there because he loved them so. As was putting his shoes on, I wanted to let him know ahead of time what was going on. I said, "Ok Colin, mommy's Uncle Fran is in Heaven now; He is with the angels." Colin pointed his finger into my hear and said, "Angel right there mommy." I was taken back by this..where did that come from? I asked him what he said. He pointed his finger into my heart again and said the exact same thing. I just sat there looking at him.. a bit surprised. He then says while bringing his index fingers together, "When mommy born." Ok, he knows nothing anout "born." I asked again what he said..same gesture with his fingers and same line. I asked what he meant by that...and that was it..he was back to being his silly cute self. It was one of those vacuum moments, when something is happening. I was simply blown away....
