Reiki Attunements

Since joining this wonderfull web world of Souls I've come across hordes of amazing Beings. Some of You Lightworkers are so Awakened it gives me constant pleasure to interact with You! Among those who I have connected with most closely is my beloved Sister Velanthas/Olive. I have so much to thank this lady for not least of which have been my Kundalini Reiki attunements. So far I have recieved two of these and BOTH have been utterly amazing experiences :-) I'd love to share these with You and inquire as to Your experiences with this wonderfull energy and how it has made You feel??

The first attunement was two weeks ago on the full moon. This was significant to both myself and Olive with Our Wiccan leanings and amazingly just "happened" to be the next coming Friday. I have to be brutally honest here and speak of my reservations. I have been sceptical of anything like this as unproveable for most of my life and although I had hugely high hopes for the success of my first attunement I did have reservations as my old structures and belief system was about to take a great big kick up the root chakra.......

It was around two hours prior to the agreed time that I started to feel.....well.....frankly weird. I was continuing my day to day doings, picking the kids up from school. I felt a feeling vaguely similar to the feeling You have when a piece of music causes Your entire skin surface to go into goosebumps and Your scalp to feel electric. This came in waves a few minutes apart each which increased in strength over the next couple of hours. At one stage I had to steady myself against the drawers in my kitchen and wait for it to pass before continuing.....I was helpless so to speak!

By the time the attunement was to begin I had put my two sons to bed and retired to my bedroom too. I constructed a pentagram of candles and sat inside the centre. I had three cleansed and charged crystals...amethyst, rose quartz and amber, each prickly with their own different intent. I had these with me in the pentagram. I performed the Wiccan Hall of Miracles to further the intent and draw the lunar power into the attunement. I grounded and opened my 7 major chakras. We had begun truly now!

I'd not really planned what I would do after this other than wait to feel what was happening, fortunately that was not going to be a concern. My palms began to ache, the sort of ache You get when You've gripped Your bicycle handles too tightly for too long. The ache was short lived and turned into an itching feeling. Like I was holding a prickly, hairy ball in each hand. This combined with the body surges was Divine! Someone/thing touched me on my left shoulder three times...unmistakeably! I had an awareness of a tall figure about 6 inches from my face looking down on me. This felt very comfortable, but I still don't know who this figure was. My inner eye was bathed in a golden/yello light. I felt like I was sat inside the beam of a giant torch from above, this coupled with the scalp/crown chakra surges was heavenly. Within this yellowy light was a bright purple patchy area that seemed to move around mischeviously, but friendly nonetheless. This continued for about half an hour until I felt the surges die down, the lights remained, such colourfull beautifull lights! I gradually removed mySelf from meditation and arose in room filled with the amazing scent of lavender.

I had a truly amazing evening and felt, warm, intensly happy and filled with love! Immeditaly afterwards just by even thinking "reiki" my palms tingle immediately and I can feel this wonderfull energy flowing! Now THAT was gooooooooooooooood :-) Since that evening my aches and pains are easily treated. I've found I can calm others around me very easily from their woes and even silence distressed dogs from barking by sending them Love and reassuring them. I know it sounds crazy but it works!!

Upon talking to Velanthas after the event we've compared notes and the similarities in Our experiences that night are amazing. Any scepticism I previously had seems now like a very dim distant dream of another time. I'm AWAKE :-)

I've just recieved my second attunement this evening on the new moon. This time I was already deep into meditation when it began. The energy once felt is unmistakeable as most of You on here know! I was distinctly rocked by a swirling vortex in my root chakra, at some stages it even felt like a solid ball it was swirling so fast. I observed how this is the way all matter is in reality.....

I felt silver threads of energy running up my spine, slithering around it like a pair of intertwining serpents, almost licking it like two flames of lightening. Massive crown rushes would occur when the threads reached my head only to disappear for a split second and resume the process of ascension up my spine immediately. My heart chakra was pulsing and throbbing quite violently but nothing worrying, it was very reassuring.

My purple light friend had returned into my inner vision but this time was looking more maroon. The light was a lot faster this time and made me feel as if I was awake inside REM. I don't really know what that means yet but it was a pretty frantic show inside! My overwhelming sense of bathing in light returned also but this time it was a wholesome earthly green, leaf green. I felt my right shoulder was tapped and someone put their face right next mine. It seemed like they were struggling to see me though since they had to come through a wall of invisible force.....maybe this was the protection of my pentagram? This face was only there a moment. Shortly after it left I had a sharp pinprick in the little finger of my right hand that made my whole body jerk. I also had a tapping on the rear of my right shoulder right on the blade.

The body surges have continued for hours afterwards even as I type this! I can't wait to hear Olive's input to it tomorrow :-)

All I can do in the meantime is bask in the most marvellous feeling of content, happiness, love, light, empowerment and LIFE!! Velanthas I AM eternally gratefull for the gift You have helped me remember. I feel incredible :-)))
