Anyone having trouble with extremes?

Is anyone else on a emotional/energy rollercoaster lately? It seems my energy is high and I am in a great space really "flowing" then all of a sudden my good high energy shifts to high negative energy with outburts of anger. Completly out of line with where my heart is. Where is this sudden intolrance coming from?
