affecting the weather

can anyone here affect the weather, are your subtler bodies part of the sky that you are in, can your emotions affect the weather
and if you drink or smoke do you find the clouds become thick and brown.

cause i have found myself, cleansing the clouds in my area by going gym, swimming, and radiating love,
can anyone share if they have the same experince,
