Small, brown ET's?

Greetings

I'm looking for some info if this kind of ET race really exist?
They are very small, not much taller than human baby. But they might be a bit slimmer or better proportioned than human babies.
They have brown skin and smaller human-like eyes. Not the eyes like 'greys' have.
Also they have some telepathic abilities.

Have you ever seen or heard anything like them?
This question has been bothering me so long time now.
