Blown Lightbulb .....

This morning 2 lightbuld blown,one in my kitchen and one in the hall. The one in the hall explode.
I have just changed them..... maybe 2 month ago.
I have experience this before and it use to mean, that something going on and that something is about to happen.
But i always use to get signs....... , but not this time......
Dose anyone know what it means ?
