 Messages From Prime Source"Prime Source to Select New Leaders" Within a very short time you will begin to see major changes occurring on your planet. These are necessary so that the Earth can prepare itself for ascension. These changes are occurring all over creation.
The ascension process requires that each person initiate a relationship with Light. Through the Light I will know who is ready to ascend.
We will begin to start working with a new group of leaders loyal to the Light oversight. These leaders will have our support as they help transition the planet. Then we will work with all of you to prepare you for ascension. "How Federation Will Support New Leaders"
This is a good time to discuss how we will support the new leadership throughout the Earth. We will work with them by providing them with sufficient Light energy beyond the normal person. This will allow them to interact with us as we work toward ascension. We will do the same with other planets throughout creation. Then we will prepare each planet for ascension.
Our next step will be to work with these leaders to prepare those who are seeking ascension so they can make it successfully. This will be a time of great change for all of my children.
"Why Ascension is a Necessary Step"
At this time I would like to discuss why ascension is needed in the first place. Without raising up my creation, your ability to function at higher levels would be impossible.
But after ascension you will all be able to participate in the creation process. You will also be able to travel from one dimension to another. You will become an active participant with me as we spread love to all creation.
In the next few years you will see signs and wonders unlike anything you've ever imagined. As we prepare for that time we will also increase your frequency.
"Earth Changes Include New Leadership"
During the ascension process you can expect to see how much your governments have failed you. It is our intention for you at this time that we provide you with righteous leadership.
We will select new leaders for you loyal to the Light. With our guidance and support, you can expect these new leaders in the next few years.
Throughout the Earth, you will see many changes that will help prepare the planet for ascension. We will work closely with your leaders to ensure a smooth transition for those seeking to ascend. And we will help make sure they succeed.

Nether Worlds Project Update Divine Mother's project to reclaim souls stuck in the Nether Worlds continues to do remarkably well, as now over fifteen million souls have been transitioned to their home on the astral planes through the month of October.
As of October 31st, 15,756,025 have been escorted home to begin their lives anew. Another 703 of these souls reentered the incarnation process in the month of October, as 990 of them did back in September. Others will continue to follow suit in subsequent months, and eventually, all will continue their spiritual evolution. July - 2,072,359
August - 2,887,455
September - 2,910,674
October - 3,157,648
At this point, 100% of the approximately 50 million souls have regained enough cognitive ability to attend schools that Divine Mother has set up throughout the Nether Worlds. On most days, over 100,000 are able to graduate and leave for their homes on the astral planes, with the highest amount being 109,984 on October 25th. This is quite a contrast from when we first wrote about this project in the November, 2006 newsletter. At that time, I mentioned:
"As of 11/22/06, about 41% of the souls there have shown some movement (20.5 million). 26% of them (13 million) have opened their eyes. 2% are walking around with some help (1 million) and a small percentage (250,000) are asking questions like "Who am I?", "Where am I?", and "Why am I here?"
Before this project was undertaken by Divine Mother, even she believed that we'd never be able to recover and restore these souls back to their normal state. However, much has changed over the past year, as the Light is being enhanced throughout creation.
Volunteers are still welcome and needed to help staff these schools, or assist with those not yet attending. Many from Earth are volunteering at night during their sleep state, but the majority of assistance is coming from other planets and universes.
With your continued support, alongside so many of the Holy Ones and beings throughout creation, we will return each of these souls to their loved ones, and get them back on their spiritual path.

Nancy Pelosi Growing in Frequency  For the fifth consecutive month, the Galactic Federation has significantly boosted the frequency of Nancy Pelosi (Democrat, California), the United State Speaker of the House of Representatives. Her frequency is now at 100,000,000 and is expected to go higher as needed.
In the May issue, I shared how the Federation had spiritually strengthened her in an effort to help end the war in Iraq. In doing so, they removed all of her negative programming (i.e., Ego Program, Comfort Zone Program, etc.) and raised her frequency to 20,000, giving her the highest frequency of any person in government. In June, they raised her frequency to 100,000, and in July, to 500,000. They continued this trend in August, raising her to 1,000,000, and in September it went up to 10,000,000. The Federation has also provided her with significant spiritual protection to ensure she has what she needs to continue this important cause. Pelosi has had many lifetimes as a worker of Light and will be guided by the Federation to help bring the wars in the Middle East to an end. You can look for Pelosi to fill a much more important role on the world scene in the years ahead.
The Federation will continue to support her effort in every way possible. Please join me in remembering her with your prayers, Light, chants, positive thoughts, etc. for her success.

Federation Now Supporting Hugo Chavez
 As part of the Federation's plan to prepare world leaders for the ascension process, they have raised Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's frequency to 1,000.
Chavez has been a thorn in the side of the United States government, oil companies and international bankers for much of the nine years he has been president, and there is evidence that the United States even provided support for an attempted coup in 2002. Rejecting the NAFTA agreement as an equitable solution for his region, Chavez has been trying to create an economic power block in South America by uniting countries such as Brazil, Venezuela, Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Nicaragua and Mexico.
Since they're unable to control him, the United States is concerned that Chavez's policies could adversely affect its economy, since it gets one third of its oil imports, and exports 40% of its goods to the South American region.
They weren't happy when Chavez took control of his country's oil production, which is the fifth largest in the world. Other countries in the region have followed suit. And while he's levied taxes on the large oil companies for drilling and refining rights, he's provided it to the poor at greatly reduced prices, including a rate of 12 cents a gallon to his own country. He made quite a stir a few years ago by selling discounted heating oil to the state of Massachusetts to provide for low-income residents.
His most recent effort was creation of the Bank of the South to help fund development projects for countries in the region. This is seen as a welcome alternative to the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF), which are seen as political and financial tools for the Unites States and other exploitive countries for controlling the borrowing nations.
You can expect the Federation to begin working with additional world leaders in the months ahead as we draw closer to ascension.

| Buddha's 8-Fold Path Score Key To Spiritual Gifts
How well we apply Buddha's Eightfold Path in our life, is one of several ways we're evaluated to determine what spiritual gifts we're given during our incarnation (other considerations include our current life mission and track record from past lives). We are born with a rating of 70%, and based on how we live our lives, it can go up or down from there, from 100 to 0%.
Our etheric teachers use this as a measure because it's an accurate reflection of our spiritual character, and an excellent indicator of how much they can trust us with spiritual power.
 As an example, Sai Baba has been given some special gifts that could only be given if his teachers were sure that he wouldn't misuse them. The same was true for Jesus, and this policy applies to us as well. Spiritual gifts are considered a privilege that we can earn or lose, and are vetted against our life mission. So those with a higher Buddha score are given more latitude than those with a lower one.
So while this is not a recommendation to convert to Buddhism, those on the spiritual path need to realize that they cannot advance if they ignore these important principles. They may practice yoga, meditation, reiki, chanting or any other spiritual practice, but still find themselves feeling stuck. That's because they're not growing in the Eightfold Path, and this will impact them regardless whether they're a Buddhist or not.
The Eightfold Path consists of eight categories that are grouped within three objectives of Buddhism, and they are all interrelated. For clarity, I've simplified each of the eight principals to relate it to our everyday lives.
Wisdom
Right Understanding - We should review our reality as an existence that's filled with a variety of experiences. How we choose to react to those experiences defines our 'understanding.' A spiritually mature person will make the best reaction regardless of the circumstances. They don't allow unfortunate incidents to cause them to suffer. Right Thought - Because we have a 'right understanding' that we don't need to suffer, we also don't need to see these experiences as 'bad' or 'wrong.' They just are what they are. Therefore, our thoughts are not wasted on a reality of how terrible things are.
Ethical Conduct
Right Speech - "For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks" (Luke 6:45). If we've set ascension as a goal, than our speech will reflect that, as those that are ascending are primarily Light. Speak the truth and be kind. Right Action - Everything we do, directly or indirectly, should help bring others to the Light.
Prime Source is preparing us for future service. That's why we are here and that's what we should focus on. Everything else will fall into place.
Right Livelihood - Whether your job is just something you're doing for lack of a better choice, or it's what you've always wanted, it's important that you accept it with gratitude and perform it with joy and delight.Mental Discipline
Right Effort - There's an old adage that says that when you need something done, you give it to a 'busy' person because they know how to get things done. Focus on your spiritual mission and see it to conclusion.
Right Mindfulness - We should be aware of how we fit into the plan for ascension of all creation, and never lose sight of why we're here. Remain mentally alert and free of negativity, so your etheric teachers can connect with you.;
Right Concentration - Live your life in the moment, and listen for the guidance of your etheric teachers. When they call on you, respond.

An Interview With Bhajan
 My wife Lisa recently began attending Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification classes in Los Angeles. She enjoys this popular discipline because it's helped her with various physical ailments that she'd been living with for quite some time. 2008 will be the 40th anniversary of when Sikh leader Bhajan first taught this one-time secret science to the West. After a brief stay in Canada, he traveled to Los Angeles, where he reached out to hippies and college students who were seeking spirituality in their drugs. He often said, ""If you can't see God in all, you can't see God at all."Bhajan soon began yoga training for them as a substitute for their drugs. This grew tremenously and spread to many college campuses. He eventually registered the Sikh faith as an official religion in the U.S., and he also started drug rehabilitation programs. All of these efforts were well-received. What started out as a small beginning soon became a worldwide holistic movement. Now millions seek alternative medical treatment, eat organic food and practice yoga and meditation. Besides college students, Bhajan was very popular with leaders from religion, government and business throughout the world. He authored 30 books, and over 200 books have been written about his teachings. Others were also inspired to create music, videos, and artwork through their experiences with him. His accomplishments were vast and impressive, and he was very loved and respected all over the world.
 I first heard about Bhajan during a Snatam Kaur concert in Los Angeles in 2005 (Readers may remember from the March 2007 newsletter, that her music has one of the highest frequencies on the planet). She was reminiscing about how much she missed him as her teacher because he had died the previous year. However, I could see him up on stage standing behind her as she was performing.Since it has now been three years since he passed over, I thought it might be interesting to interview him for the newsletter and allow readers to benefit from his perspective. He agreed.

Hi Bryan,thank you - I had a wonderful experience. At 11:00 am on Sunday I was sitting in the sunrays with closed eyes on my balcony and started to see images in so beautiful colors - mainly in golden light - first a golden figure in the throne, after that - bigger and closer - a golden horseman . . . Next I was watching so many and fast changing plant and bird figures - they are like these in the folk art - carpets, murals, frescoes and so on, but much more beautiful; a golden key, a golden cup, Egyptian figures from the Pyramids, a living breathing figure in violet-rose, which is the Flower of Life for me, and I have seen this image many times before. Thank you again, Bryan, to channel this miracle for me, I know that I will be able to keep it going on. Be blessed and I lack words to express fully my gratitude. - Maria B.
Wow! Thanks Bryan! Here's a bit of what I saw, or what I was shown. At first I saw you seated in a chair on my left front, maybe ten feet away and Kevin was sitting on my right front about the same distance, like a triangle. And you were saying how you were getting this orchestrated with your children. Then between you I see what appears to be a group, further away, standing almost like a choir would. I couldn't figure out why they were there, but it seemed they were intently watching me, almost feeling like an evaluation. And I began getting flashes of things that had happened to me since becoming aware, things that I had almost forgotten about.
I received instructions to lie on the floor and to relax as much as I could. I got that relax instruction several times, and each time I could feel the tenseness, especially around my third eye. Then I was instructed to drink a bit more water, and as I did I could feel a sort of draining, washing sensation beginning at the top of my head and flowing down. After several more minutes passed, I felt and saw this flowing rush of light energy enter from the top of my head and gush down through my body! Had never experienced that before! Wow! What a wonderful sensation!
After a few minutes I began to feel a sensation around my eyes that is difficult to describe. It wasn't 'in' my eyes exactly, but more behind them. A warm feeling, but not as a temperature increase if you know what I mean, but more like an energy emanation. This sensation began to slowly spread to my entire face, and I was really challenged as how to perceive it in a physical way, because it really didn't feel physical. It was fabulous! At the time I was kinda laughing because I thought it felt like getting a suntan from the inside! Weird I know, but that's what came to me!
After a short while this sensation spread to my neck and chest, and I could sense on the inside of my arms, which I thought was a little strange. But the most noticeable sensation was in the forefinger, second finger and thumb of both hands and most noticeable in my left hand. My palm chakras are always quite active when I meditate so I didn't notice much change there, but I did really notice my forefingers. All this probably sounds strange, but that's how it felt. I think if I had to describe the sensation more specifically I would say that it felt like an effervescent emanation of Light energy, an extremely pleasant 'mild boil' of Light. Topic - Prayer of Protection Bryan, you are coming into my mind every day and I feel so safe and strong with you. I have always dreamed of a bigger brother, who will protect me, but I have a younger sister, whom I protected. In fact we are all brothers and sisters as children of God.
