Dragonfly

For the last 2 nights I have had anxiety ridden and fear based dreams. I'm pretty sure I understand the purpose of those but the last 2 days after I got out of the shower, there was also a dragonfly smeared in steam on my bathroom mirror. Oh, and my bathroom clock was flashing 5:05 two days before that. I looked that one up in my angel numbers book.
Any thoughts on the dragonfly? I looked up the symbolism and got many different interpretations, and also thought immediately of the movie, which I re-watched last night. Don't know if there's something more to it though since the dragonfly showed up again today.
