Spiritual Crisis

Hi all :)
Ive been through a spiritual crisis. Several times now, i have become quite disconnected from reality due to overchannelling and over-reaching spritually. I had the "messianic" experience. I felt possible futures, some visions were profound, some confused. Everything was one. My wanton youths experimentation with drugs probably didnt help things along!
Each time ive had to step back from spritual practice and thought altogether. I now very tentatively reach back into the spiritual universe, with some trepidation and confusion about all my experiences.
I just wondered who else had this sort of experience...and what your story is...thought it might help to share...
