I was in the company of Angels today...

I Played with an Angel Today… Being as most of my conscious awareness is focused in 3D right now, I don’t often meet Angels here in 3d, in disguise, or at least I don’t realize their Divinity…. Anyway, I’m not a poet or a storyteller so I will just relate the awesome and uplifting experience I had today. Hubby and I went to see Celtic Woman in concert. These Irish ladies are Angels sent to Earth to sing the music of Heaven. Of this, I have no doubt. Listening to their music and words was a most spiritual blessing in itself. During intermission, I waited patiently in line for a fine glass of ruby red merlot, from the vineyards of Ravenswood (my power animal “coincidentally”). My attention was gently drawn to a young man of about 17 yr. who stood a couple of feet away from me. I immediately knew that he was Special…yes, he is one that is called “mentally challenged” in the kinder circles. He approached immediately, like he knew me, and asked me how I was liking the performance…the very question, very, that I was going to ask him. He asked me if I could whistle and delighted when in my viewpoint I whistled poorly. He asked me several times after that if I could do certain things, easy things like making certain sounds…but to him, these actions made him very proud that he could do them and he was very happy when I could do them as well. I could sense people around us thinking thoughts of pity towards this young man, with white spittle coming from the corner of his mouth. And who knows what they thought of me for going along with his childlike games of “can you do this?” But you know what? Three times this Angel undercover, hugged me saying “ You are sooooo nice”…and well, that made me smile with such Love and Joy…and that is a memory I will use when I need to feel happy…I was priviledged to be hugged by an Angel...three times! Here’s to all the undercover Angels out there…those on the street corners begging for food or those who enjoy the voices of Angels on earth with their mom…here’s to Love…here’s to connecting with one another! Wow, sometimes I make myself cry...
