possible implant problem

Hello all.

My daughter Jennifer you know her as angelicgirl17 here, anyway she has a small bump
on her front right arm just above the elbow area between the elbow and shoulder. it seems
round and causes a indent in the skin, I believe it to be smaller than a dime. it hurts her and
she says her arm aches from it. does this sound like an implant? I have not had an xray done
on her yet. Does anyone know what to do about this? or what it could be. it does not have any
characteristics of a pimple or a bug bite. its hard and lumpy and kind of a dark spot in the center.
which is why I believe that its an implant. we dont know when it happened but she said it showed
up awhile back and she had not said anything to me until today.
any feedback is appreciated.
