30 Depression

In this time, I found out, that in this lifetime I decided to be depressed. Never could I understand humans, because I am not depressed. So, this time I started playing depressed and I played it so well, that I even forgot that it was originally a play. I believed that this was my way of being and carried on. And on….

It happened 19 years ago, when I met my guide, when things changed! I started asking myself: Who am I? There was no answer!!! That made me even more depressed.

Now, what does it mean to be depressed? Being depressed or sad means to be disconnected!! Disconnected from life!! So, what happened to humanity? Humanity got disconnected from themselves!

Luckily now many are waking up from this “bad” dream and realize that the reality is not that! The reality we are in, is exactly, the sum of all the thoughts and actions we undertake from the beginning. We literally create our physical body and all our surroundings. It starts with a thought!

The humans of the past have been very much experts in creating a reality in which they pass on this brainwashing of being sinners. We are exceptionally good people; we are so talented and beautiful. We are all what we want to be…

So, this my decision to be depressed brought me in a place where there is no hope, no future, no nothing! What to do now? Stop everything and watch! Make no plans! Just BE!

The acceptance of being hopeless, being depressed, sad, disconnected and this very moment of deep understanding of the terminal state of existence is the key to turn on the switch to the light. This moment of surrendering to all that is, brings you into a deep peace.

What we humans all want? We basically want two things. We want peace, and then we want joy. Now there is a conflict here. The conflict is that peace comes from rest and joy comes from activity. But fortunately there is no conflict at all there. The only thing we need to learn is how to rest! Modern humans don’t know how to rest! This imbalance between the natural rhythms of rest and activity creates a lot of trouble to humans.

Remember every hyperactive person is basically depressed or disconnected and this is a great part of humanity in this precise moment. What we need to relearn is to in tune to our natural rhythms of our innate intelligence.

Yoga is one way to in tune to that Energy and I invite all of you all to practice…My way is yoga and dance. Dance in reality is also yoga. The founder of yoga Lord Shiva was a great dancer….
