Meditation at the University of Greenwich

I am delighted to say that the first Meditation and Discussion Group of the University of Greenwich will be held on:
Wednesday 31st October 2007
Student's Union ~ Cooper Building ~ Lounge Bar
13:00 hrs ~ 15:00 hrs
Every single Wednesday afternoon from the above date and time until the end of the Academic Year!
I'm extending this invitiation beyond just the realm of University Students to the wider realm of the Students of Life... i.e,
everybody on this website.
It is free entrance of course, and you are more than welcome to come along if you can make it to Greenwich...

I'm so pleased that we've finally been given the go-ahead, and I look forward to seeing you all there between those times.
We may not stay for the whole two hours, for the first week, but because this is a Meditation I would ask that if you want to come that you turn up on time if possible, or let me know by email if you are having any difficulties getting there. I am more than happy to assist you in any way I can!
The first meeting will be informal, and a general introduction to the styles of meditation, spiritual activities, psychic phenomena and discussions we will be holding.
After the meet and greet, and a little chat about spirituality... YOUR spirituality, your Truth, we will discuss the wide range of meditations and the benefits from all, and the reasons why we will be focussing on the meditation style we will be focussing on.
Then, of course, we will hold the meditation... discuss it afterwards, and then we move forward into other spiritual activities.
But mainly I would like to see what you want from YOUR society.
Do you want to hold visists to places in London, for thanksgiving and joy?
Do you want more meditations?
Do you want to explore areas we haven't considered yet?
Do you want to become a more active help in the society?
Whatever your questions, comments and sugestions, they are most valid...
