*Most people experience feelings of bliss/tingling
sensation/vivid dreams while a few may experience minor discomfort,
this is always short lived as REIKI is the healing energy from GOD and
its simply rewiring your energetic structures to be able to TAP into
this energy anytime...

One EXCELLENT re-balancing exercise is to do the following :

1) Put your attention of your head and go upwards about 3-5 feet with
your intention (ie image your spirit/energy going above your head)

2) Now say Praise GOD for my LIFE (slowly 10 times) and FEEL your intent go upwards through your head to GOD

3) Now say GOD loves me (slowly 10 times) and FEEL God's love come down though your head / aura into the ground slowly BUT firmly (just image this UNTIL you really feel it)

4) Now finish with OPENING your hands out and (pretend your HOLDING a large bowl etc) and say REIKI 3 times SLOWLY (you should be able to feel an tangible energy ball forming in your hand and as you do also INTEND/Feel energy coming from the earth through your feet up thought
your chakras and out through your hands and the similar from Gods love coming down through your head into your arms you get a concept of an Energy ball ....NOW as its there just with Intent: SAY what you want this energy ball to do and gently push it on its way - This works) !

5) You will be now RE-Balanced and should feel 100% better!
You can really do this quickly with experience in about 30 seconds COMPLETE and you actually guide / intend this energy ball to do virtually anything positive you ask (in reason)
