My experience after doing the New Earth, New Life Anchoring meditation. Any suggestions?

Hello my beloved friends,

I just wanted to tell you all of my experience after doing the New Earth, New Life Anchoring meditation.

I (as usual) sobbed through the whole meditation. This one really resonated with me, probably because I am so in tune with Mary Magdalene. But this morning, early, around 5am I had this weird vision of an "ethereal" arm pushing it's way through my sacral Chakra and I saw a flash of light. I started to get really nauseous and waves of nausea followed all morning. Then suddenly the nausea went away but then I started having body aches and a terrible headache and weeping - for no reason at all. I am not sad or stressed. I am still sore and very very tired.

I am thinking DNA activation and Chakra clearing and also the possibility of old patterns being forced to the surface. What do you think? Do you think it will end soon? Feels sorta flu-like, but it is also different than anything I have experienced before. Kind of exciting. Almost like morning sickness. It doesn't feel good at all but there is a huge reward at the end. I am so grateful and thankful for this experience!
