Ear issues(?)

For a few years now, I've consciously noticed these high pitch tones in my ears. I could not humanly replicate these sounds for they seem to be more like frequency rather. Not sure if the sound is coming in or going out. This morning actually had this loud rumbling,
I could physically feel my ear drum vibrating. It lasted roughly 30 seconds or so. It doesn't hurt or anything, but the high pitch sounds have been happening more regularly.
Does anyone have any insights about this?
