FOCUS ON INNER BEAUTY

One through Richela Chapman

October  2007

Dear Ones, we stated before that before you can develop Sacred Relationship with another, you must first develop it within yourself.  How can this most important ingredient be attained?  Love yourself, dear hearts.  If you could only see your beauty that shines and sparkles like the purest diamond, you would know your essence, dear ones.

We encourage you to focus on your inner beauty, the very core of you, and the very heart of you.  We encourage you each day to set aside a few moments to love yourself and to recognize who you are, the essence of you.  We encourage you to open your sacred heart.

As you begin to love yourself and your sacred heart begins to glow and pulse with love, then the personality clutter seems to fall away, at least temporarily.  Each day, focus on the sacred heart of you and bask in the love of your own Inner Being.  Your Inner Being will expand, dear ones, until more and more you will discern your own beauty and let it emanate from within the very heart of you for all to see.

We note that most humans seem unhappy with their physical bodies.  The physical body houses the sacred heart of you and can be appreciate4 for its role.  Each day, find something about your physicality to appreciate.  Perhaps you have nice fingernails, thick glossy hair, or bright eyes.  Spend a few moments each day before a mirror admiring that part or parts of you that you appreciate.  Begin to turn the love inside out.  Without your body, your physicality, the sacred heart would have no avenue to express in dimensionality.

Love you, dear hearts.  Love all of you in all your glory and manife stations.  Do not fall into the great consciousness of humankind where judgment reigns and few set the standards for physical beauty.  All of you look beautiful in all your variety and appearances.  All humans, all living things, contribute to consciousness.   Know yourself as precious.  Know yourself as a unique expression of the divine.

If you could only see you from our vantage point, you would see many lights of myriad colors, shapes, and forms glowing in energetic patterns.  The dance of lights appears so beautiful, dear ones.  Mother Gaia herself emanates a beautiful glow that gets brighter each day as we near the Great Dispensation, or turning of the cosmic wheel.  All living things glow with life, with the essence of their h earts.  Remember, nothing is dead—all lives in the light of God’s love—and you are no different.  You are dearly loved.  We are One.
