Any one have earaches

Hello everyone

I just wanted to know if anyone outhere is having pain in one ear or the other I know this might sound like,"well just go to the doctor" but it seems like just when I go to meditate or when I am at a workshop or someone is talking about spiritual stuff, it starts to hurt but like a dull pain. This has been happening for the last year. Any suggestions.
