In the video clip -the call-you can hear the Mantra and the melody. The tone in this clip is focused on cleansing and raising the biological vibe. It will help you connect your vibe to new earth vibe and improve your meditation. This mantra with the melody is really effective breaking the lower level spiritual influence through other chanting or songs from local cults or something like that. If you are having a little difficulty reaching over the lower level astral realms. practice this Mantra together with the melody. It will help you break out of the energy vibe that might be limiting you under certain realms.
Pleas remember, to fill the bottle with fresh water, it's good to empty the bottle of old stuff and cleanse the bottle to fill it with new stuff.
Akashic record is found once you reach out of the Astral realms,, the astral realms is easy to reach yet hard to go beyond as the higher level astral realms is full of magic and fascinating stuff which makes you go blind with them, making you want to stay there forever, and make you believe it's the highest realm. But it's under akashic. Once you reach Akashic, you will start to be able to see your past lives during meditation or in your dream. As your practice progress, the more you will be able to see...ultimately the beginning of the Universe(big bang is not true) On top of akashic realm, there is the realm that true enlightenment starts. And we are heading there together now. Ascension. This process reaching this realm over akashic, was really difficult for the last 13 millenia but with our DNA activated to full-consciousness, we will experience this together in this life unless one chooses to come again to experience this next life in soul level.

BHUR Physical plane refers to the body made up of 5 elements which constitutes nature.
BHU-VAhuh The middle world. Bhuva is also Prana Sakthi. It is the presence of Prajnana that enable the Prana Sakthi to animate the body. It is on this account that the Vedas have declared- "Prajnanam Brahman"-Constant Integrated Awareness is Brahman.
SVAHA Heaven- the land of the Gods.
TAT Paramatma- God or Brahman.
SAVITUR That from which all this is born.
VARENYAM Fit to be worshipped.
BHARGO The Radiance,the Spiritual Effulgence,the Light that bestows Wisdom.
DE-VASYA Divine Reality.
DHEEMAHI We meditate.
DHI-YO Buddhi, Intellect.
YO Which.
NAH Our.
PRACHODAYAT Enlighten.
