This is a place of peace and sanctuary on the World Wide Web. A place where you are accepted as you are, for who you are.

Here we know that the world is complex, the burdens of life heavy, decisions often tortuous. We make mistakes, we "give in" to bad habits, or we can't do the things we thought we'd do. Maybe we hurt someone we love, perhaps even intentionally. Then, remorse, sadness.

Without the positive energy of forgiveness, this is how the story ends. Only bitterness, anger and self-hate remain. But almost everyone has felt the joy that comes when one hears the wonderful words "It's OK - I understand, and I forgive you." Perhaps it was another who said this to you, or you may have said it to yourself. In either case, the wound starts to heal, and the experience goes from one of pain to a lesson to build strength from.

When you stop for a moment and offer apologies to a forgiving entity, "I am sorry for this grief I have caused....I don't want to do this again," you allow yourself an opportunity to change wayward behaviors for the better.

I created this site because all too often healing words and energy are absent from the world. People become wound up in their hate, especially self-hate, and cannot forgive, even those who truly are remorseful. But I realized I can do something about it - I can forgive. I can give people the spirit and beautiful energy of forgiveness.

I was amazed that there are places such as this one, out here for people who have a hard time forgiving on their own.
