This is so simple but beautiful - just something I heard.

'If the eyes had no tears, the soul would have no rainbow'

- I believe we are here to learn, to experience life, good and bad, to be the best person you can possibly be, but above all - to love each other, the animal and plant kingdom and to treat others as you would wish to be treated. But you learn from each experience which in turn progresses your soul/spirit.
