Big hugs, Mia. From what I've perceived, the grounding work could be done by more people. Only a few are taking the brunt of the load. Some Lightworkers are not paying attention to the light codes and other forms of downloads we're all receiving at this time. Others have been ignoring their Higher Selves and Guides, continuing to look outside of themselves and to others for all the answers.

Essentially, what I'm getting is that it's time to really stop dragging our feet and get to work. Some codes remain unactivated and ungrounded until we are fully aware of what it is we're now receiving.

The light codes are transmissions of energy from the Great Central Sun and from the Ascended Masters and the rest of the Spiritual Hierarchy. A meditation practice could help one perceive them in a better way.

May this information help, dear Mia! Let your guides help you find the answers within and help you remember. It is you who can enlighten yourself best in matters like this. Namaste.
