OUR DEEPEST UNDERSTANDING OF OUR AMAZING TRUTH SETS US FREE AND GROUND US IN LOVE.

I've been through this world a few times before and know I am completing what i've been unable to in my pasts. I live between the USA and Australia and am an Aussie. Within the Universal Law of ONE lay the origins of all life's truths. That truth lay within our very DNA. I have been in the Healing arts since I 1992 when I was still a professional athlete. At the time I did not know the significance of the upcoming challenges and insights I would accordingly be gifted. Since then I have constantly been divinely guided and lead to where I find myself today...Everything I always needed to know is stored within my being and all I need to do is keep remembering to unlock the layers and depth to which my nature and all our history stems from. Always doing my best to keep out of my own way to recieve the gifts and rememberings of home and not get caught up in the grand Illusion of this 3D paradigm. Yippee!!!! Today is the first day of winter, and I just LOVE it!!!!! Goodbye to Autumn; which is such a wonderful time of year - warm sunny days, camping in the bush and golden yellow and red leaves everywhere and WELCOME winter!!!! I love the frost on the grass, the foggy days, the lovely winter sunshine and hopefully some winter rain (we need it so desperately). Cudling up in front of the fire and just BEing. For all you in the Northern Hemisphere, enjoy your summer, but know that I am happy to have the cold air on my face and the cool air in my lungs. Love Vicki

You Are Magnificent

a.. You are responsible for all your feelings.

b.. Never put yourself down.

c.. Never think or say anything negative about yourself.

d.. Tune into the inner guidance that is with you 24 hours a day - that
loving guidance that's always there to support and guide you.

e.. Dependence on external things happens because knowledge of your own
Higher Self, the light within, is ignored. To have this knowledge, you have
to practice.

f.. Take a few minutes everyday, a few times a day if possible, and
practice loving yourself, tuning into the loving light within and honoring
your divinity.

g.. Take a walk out in nature and feel your connectedness with everything
around you. Breathe deeply.

h.. Practice with great reverence.

i.Know that you are loved and you are never alone.
