This moderated on-line group is for women to share their unique perspectives, concerns and experiences, in a nurturing and friendly atmosphere. The name ILLUM - YAYA came to me in a dream. I looked up the meaning of YAYA, and found that Yaya means woman-hood in its full wisdom.
Please note that the purpose of the group, being "illumination through the perspectives of women" is to focus upon the female experiences or frame of reference, and for women to share thoughts, ideas and experiences, which other women may have also experienced, in order to support each other and to grow spiritually. Thus, this is a Circle of Light in which women can relax and be assured that their thoughts, which they may not want to post in a Blog or Discussion, will be read here and responded to.
