4D and 5D???

Hey, it's probably been covered in here at some point but I can't seem to find it. A lot of people have been saying that the planet is shifting into 4th Dimension and that we, it's inhabitants, will be shifting as well. But a lot of other people are saying its shifting into 5th Dimension and we'll be shifting to 5D. So which one is it? and How do I (we) know which one we're shifting to? The planet is in 3D right now.. so how are we going to shift to 5D if the planet is only going to 4D? Ayeee... I'm confused.. All I know is it's been one heck of a month... lol
