Request for healing

Hello all,

I have been experiencing panic attacks for about a month now. Now, it's to a point where I am afraid it will lead to a seizure and I will lose all control. I know logically it won't happen, but I still feel afraid. I've prayed to the angels, archangels for help, done reiki etc. Any other advice and healing would be fantastic! Thank you.
