Symptom: Heart pains, getting up and almost fainting?

Lately I have been getting up and as I do I get really spaced out, everything goes fuzzy and as if I was about to go astral while being conscious of my body lol, anyway its not a huge problem for me as I can bring my self back. A friend of mine who is similar to me has the same happening, he also was told of a heart problem and he is feeling pains in his heart as am I, anyone feeling this?
