Urgent Message – Hurricane Gustav Projected to Hit Louisiana

Hurricane Gustav is a Category 4 Hurricane that is expected to strengthen into a Category 5 and is projected to hit the state of Louisiana, around the New Orleans area, and is expected to make landfall sometime Monday. I am calling for everyone to meditate and set their intentions to dismantle and lower the strength of this dangerous hurricane. I am being told by my ET contacts within the Galactic Federation of Light that this is not a hurricane that was strengthened with HAARP by the United States Government. That facility is deactivated. I have spoken to Mother Earth and she said that this hurricane is the result of major stress fractures within and around the Gulf of Mexico area where there is one of the largest concentrations of oil rigs in the world drilling petroleum out of the tectonic plates. There are plans to use the other HAARP facility within Russia to help dismantle this hurricane just as was partially done in 2005 for Hurricane Katrina. I, as well as many others, am asking for the people of the world to send their energies to this hurricane to help dismantle it and lower its strength so we do not have another devastating conclusion as we had in 2005.
