Physical Sustanance from Higher Energies

During meditation I was receiving higher energies and as I felt the divine light enter my crown and covering my body, I intended it to fill my stomach and from that day I hardly require much food, I could go about my day with some bread and a single fruit yet still feel energized.

Is this actually possible, to 'eat' received energy, and is there any actual techniques anyone can share?
And would it be possible in this current dimension to allow these energies to sustain one completely?

I have a few thoughts on this, that it is possible; we can program our bodies to gain full sustenance from the higher self/energies; we can do it but not 100% as our physical body requires some physical energy; it may drain our energy space around us if done incorrectly; easier to receive negative energies if not protected...
